Established lender. Also have some store fronts in UK. Require some faxes. Payments are made online as well as at store fronts. Website is SSL secured and seems to comply with legal guidelines.

This company do not accept online bank statements even though they are print out's from the bank site & include everything that a paper statement would have. So if you do internet banking & save on clutter, as most people do nowadays, these guys won't be able to help you. Shame as everything else about them seems fine. They have a branch near me, I have everything else they need, it just appears that they are unnecessarily anal. As more & more people do internet banking nowadays, here's hoping Ramsdens realise that they are doing themselves out of customers for no real reason.
